WEBSITE TERMS

The ground rules, kept short.

How you can use this site, what our demo pages are, and what we are and are not responsible for.

Last updated 30 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of getweblify.com (the “site”), which is operated by Weblify Ltd (“Weblify”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our paid services are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that we agree with you. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Using the site

  • You may browse the site and contact us through it for lawful purposes.
  • Please do not attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
  • We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

3. Demos and sample content

The industry demo pages (for example the plumber, dentist, law firm and construction demos) are fictional sample concepts created to show our design and animation work. The businesses, names, phone numbers, reviews and figures in them are invented, and any form in a demo sends nothing. Do not rely on them as real services or real customer feedback.

4. Intellectual property

The site, including its design, animations, code, text, graphics and logos, belongs to Weblify or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it and share links to it. You may not copy, resell or reuse it, or present our demos as your own, without our written permission. Work we create for a client belongs to the client, or is licensed to them, as set out in their agreement. Client names and work shown in our portfolio belong to their owners and are shown with permission.

5. Information on the site

We aim to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and does not amount to professional advice. Any figures, timings or examples are illustrations. A quote or proposal from us is what sets out price, scope and timing for your project.

We link to other sites, such as client websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability to a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, we provide the site “as is”. We are not liable for any loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, for business losses such as lost profit, revenue or data, or for problems caused by things outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to US$100. This section does not apply to services we provide under a separate agreement, which sets its own terms.

8. Privacy and cookies

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, including our use of cookies and how to change your choices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date below, is the one that applies when you use the site.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute connected with the site, are governed by the law of the place where Weblify Ltd is incorporated, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
